Dr. Subir Chandra Das began his medical journey with MBBS from Cumilla Medical College in 2008. After joining government service through the 33rd BCS in 2014, he served in Khaliajuri UHC, Netrokona, and later worked at Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital and Dhaka Medical College. He passed FCPS in Medicine in 2018 from BCPS. Dr. Subir Chandra Das is recognized as a Best Medicine Specialist in Dhaka for his dedicated service.

Currently, Dr. Subir Chandra Das serves as Junior Consultant in the Stroke Unit, Clinical Neurology at the National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital. He also completed certificate courses in diabetology (CCD from BIRDEM), cardiology (CCCD from National Heart Foundation), and palliative medicine (BCCPM from BSMMU).
